Turn Units and Pallet Delivery Systems
The Turn Post Unit provides a simple and reliable means to turn bags 90 degrees. Units with multiple turn stations are available for +_ 90 and 180 degree turns. New upgraded configuration is also available.
The Turning Mechanism allows the operator to turn bags +_ 90 degrees or 180 degrees with high accuracy. The servo-controlled unit provides high throughputs for difficult products.
We offer a unique Pick-and-Place Empty Pallet Delivery System. This unit grips the top pallet of a stack and transports it to the Empty Pallet conveyor. An optional slipsheet applicator can be added to the device for a complete high value unit. The unit can be combined with indexing stack conveyors to provide more pallet capacity. It can also be placed on either side of the conveyor or perpendicular to the conveyor. Longer units can accommodate more or different stacks of pallets and slipsheets.
The Separation Pallet Delivery System, designed for the highest production levels, uses an air bag gripper system to raise the entire stack of pallets, leaving one pallet on the conveyor. The lone pallet is then conveyed to the next station. The stack is then lowered to the conveyor and the next pallet is separated. Add the new stand-alone slipsheet delivery system for a complete pallet/slipsheet handling package.
