Fogg Filler, a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, has designed a new capping chuck for quick and easy changeover.

Fogg is proud to introduce their xPress capping chucks. These chucks were designed and built robust, to exceed the life and wear problems associated with other quick change capping chucks on the market.  One familiar problem with other capping chucks is over tightening of the cap. The xPress capping chuck applies pressure evenly over and over again avoiding over tightening.  Because of the even pressure provided, there are very low operating costs associated with them. Another familiar problem is rusting. Fogg`s capping chucks have stainless steel construction (as always) to insure no rusting will occur.

The xPress capping chucks can be quickly installed for changeover.  Only one hand needed.  These capping heads can be coupled with Fogg`s new Model 45 High Torque Magnetic capping heads to make changeover tooless and faster than ever before.
