WeighPack Systems Inc. (WeighPack) is proud to introduce the new Swifty^TM SB-1200 Big Bag Horizontal Bagger designed for pre-made stand up bags ranging from 8” to 18” inches in length and from 8” to 12” in width.

This bagger is a versatile resource for the food and non-food industries and is ideal for packaging bulk products including snack foods, pet food, hardware and more.

Featuring a brand new encoder with a home proximity switch, the PLC on the new SB-1200 Bagger uses pulses from the encoder to determine the position of the shaft, improving accuracy and reducing changeover time.  Effortless to clean and use, the Swifty^TM SB-1200 increases both production flexibility and productivity.

The Swifty^TM SB-1200 automatically positions the pre made bag to be opened, filled, flattened and sealed before discharging on the integrated out-feed conveyor. The SB-1200 can run at speeds of up to 20 cycles per minute.

User-friendly in design, the Swifty Bagger ^TM SB-1200 is equipped with a flat color touch screen control panel offering an intuitive user interface that is easy to learn and easy to use. WeighPack supplies various dosing equipment that, when integrated with the bagger, results in a complete dosing/filling/closing system.
