Stainless SEMIFLEX® - Sealed Vacuum Insulated Cryogenic Piping Liquid Nitrogen Transfer
- Available in both sealed and dynamic vacuum insulation
- Constructed of Stainless Steel to provide the lowest cool down and steady state heat loss
- Designed with smooth contours for higher liquid nitrogen flow capacity
- Frost, moisture and ice ball problems associated with foam insulted or soft vacuum lines are eliminated
- Can be combined with COBRAFLEX® flexible hose to provide efficient connections to use points.
Stainless SEMIFLEX® materials and construction methods:
- Every pipe is helium leak tested and cold shocked to ensure its vacuum integrity
- To achieve the longest service life in the industry every hose is heat soaked during evacuation and is equipped with chemical getters
- Each hose is sealed under high vacuum with a combination seal - off/annulus relief valve
- Fabrication techniques from welding to insulation are unmatched by any other manufacturer to ensure years of efficient and safe use
COBRAFLEX® - Sealed, Vacuum Insulated, Flexible Liquid Nitrogen Hose
- Provide versatile routing of liquid nitrogen from portable Dewars
- Constructed from 300 series Stainless Steel with a highly flexible outer spiral wrap
- Multiple layers of super insulation are applied to achieve the lowest heat loss
- Frost, moisture and ice ball problems associated with foam insulated or soft vacuum lines are eliminated
- COBRAFLEX® can be combined with Sealed or SEMIFLEX® piping systems to provide efficient connections to use points
CobraFlex® materials and construction methods:
- Fabricated from 300 series Stainless Steel with a highly flexible outer spiral wrap
- All ends are polished to a high luster finish
