Packaging and Hygiene Films: Stretch Films for Pallet Wrapping, Printed Packaging Films for the Consumer Goods Industry, and Hygiene Films

Trioplast AB is a leading company that develops, manufactures and markets packaging and hygiene films. The main raw material used for these packaging and hygiene films is polyethylene.

Business Areas

The Stretch Film Division manufactures and markets packaging stretch film, mainly for pallet wrapping, as well as silage and horticulture films for the agricultural market. The product range is supplemented by recycled products, such as refuse sacks and construction films.

Industrial Stretchfilm

More and more companies are reducing their costs by keeping a minimum stock level and instead work with just-in-time. This results in more frequent transports all over the world. The protective packaging becomes more important – there is no gain if the goods becomes damaged during the transport.

Trioplast develops and manufactures a wide range of product with focus on both stability and cost efficiency.

Well-known brands in our assortment are Pre-stretch Tenopsin, Triostretch, TrioPlus, Cast- and Blown stretchfilm.

Bale Wrapping

Triowrap®, Tenospin®, Agrispinflex, Etirbal and HorseWrap are part of Trioplast´s assortment of quality products for bale wrapping. For us, it is the content that is most important, the content is, after all, what our products protect and refine.

SAFEGUARD YOUR FORAGE!

Trioplast silage stretch films provide optimal conditions for effective ensiling, which safeguards the energy and nutrient.

Silage Sheet

Trioplast can offer a complete range of silage sheets to suit all situations. We have divided these into three families to simplify the process of choosing the right one for you.

The Trioplast silage sheet range is divided into ECONOMY, CLASSIC and HI-TECH categories.

The ECONOMY range features reasonably priced simple silage sheets with the minimum specification to carry out the task required.

The CLASSIC range comprises silage sheets subjected to the exacting quality criteria set out either by the French or European quality standards authorities or sheets that meet these standards but have not been officially registered under the applicable standard.

The HI-TECH range features silage sheets manufactured solely from virgin polyethylene and exhibiting excellent strength characteristics for the demanding farmer wanting only the best from his silage making operations.

Industrial Film

The Industrial Film Division manufactures and markets packaging film, primarily for industry, as well as re-cycled products. The main products are customized shrink and industrial films and industrial bags. Stretch hood film and FFS (Form, Fill and Seal) are key product groups. Large volumes of refuse sacks are manufactured from recycled polyethylene within the Recycled Products product line. The market is mainly Central and Northern Europe. Manufacturing takes place at plants at Nyborg in Denmark, Wittenheim in France and at Smålandsstenar and Fjugesta in Sweden. The facility at Sundsvall in Sweden manufactures special products for timber wrapping.

The Power of Saving Costs

Modernised Handling

Polyethylene packagings have had a considerable impact on the way we handle both industrial and consumer goods since polyethylene was first developed.

There is probably no other packaging that offers the same advantages at the same cost.

- It has good strength.
- It saves on transportation and holds the product in place.
- It has good barrier properties and protects the product from moisture.
- It has high clarity and and produces very little waste.
- It can be used in combination with automatic packaging.
- it can easily be supplied with printed promotional messages.

Constantly Losing Weight

Polyethylene packaging today is up to 50% thinner than a number of years ago, whilst at the same time strength has increased considerably. Lighter packagings also help the environment.

Packaging - The Messenger

What makes you choose one brand of a consumer product rather than another? The contents, of course. But also the design, shape and weight of the package.

It should be convenient, protect the product, be easy to carry and easy to open. And it should be attractive to the eye and make the contents look good.
