Model 200 Controller
The Sophisticated Model 200 Microprocessor Controller allows you to enter over 30 different parameters for each of up to 10 jobs - and maintains them in memory until you wish to alter them. No disks or tapes to change. Arrow cues indexed LED illuminated cursor to each command - no code or programming to learn. Auto or manual dump plus ``Monitor`` and ``Hold`` status indicators.
The Controller contains a unique, built-in calibration function all done by software. There are no mechanical adjustments required.
Constructed of rugged stainless steel with industrial grade connector. All high grade solid state components are burned in for years of trouble free use. There are no moving parts. Overnight factory service - there is no need for you to keep spares.

Electronic controller (model 2000) is programmable micro processor based and has easy to read 16 segment displays. Programs are furnished by Tridyne and may either field or factory altered to accommodate a multitude of products and situations. No programming experience or learning of computer languages required.
English-metric conversions and weights are standard as are a variety of interfaces. This powerful unit allows nearly complete freedom of options for interfacing with baggers, form/fill, seal, conveyors, printers, etc.
Storage Hopper
Storage hopper rests on four stainless steel pins. Easily dismountable for immersion cleaning and is interchangeable with other hoppers. Larger and customized hoppers available for a variety of products. Twin feeder disperses product evenly for accurate count, faster weighments. Behind feeders is wash down proof interface unit which controls power to feeders and also houses pneumatic controls.
Feeder Pans
Stainless steel feeder pans attach to vibrators by tapered dovetail slot. Feeder pans are completely immersible. Socket head cap screw locks securely in place. A variety of quickly interchangeable feeder pans is available. The vibrator itself is epoxy encased and all connections are water tight.
Weigh Hopper
The weigh pan connects with Tridyne`s proprietary patented loadcell which is invulnerable to off-center loading. Various sizes are available, as are customized discharge chutes. Note that discharge chutes are held in place with only two stainless steel clips. Straight down, bottom discharge assures complete evacuation of weighment.
