IPak`s Model VF-100L fully automatic tray former with lidding attachment is designed and built to withstand the rigors of continuous, heavy-duty, industrial applications. The VF-100L will form regular slotted four-corner glued trays, open an HSC case, and fully insert the formed tray into the HSC case and discharge it in an upright position ready for filling and sealing. It will continuously operate at speeds of up to 25 containers per minute and is capable of forming a wide range of tray sizes. Size changes are quick and easy, performed in a combined 25 minutes for both the tray and HSC lid.
