Tray Formers
Our fully automatic tray formers are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty applications for decades of reliable operation. Depending on the complexity of tray style, they will continuously operate at speeds up to 35 trays per minute. All of our standard models are fully adjustable to form a wide range of sizes. Size changes are quick and easy to complete. Several unique features are engineered into IPak tray formers to produce a level of efficiency and reliability that is unmatched by any of our competitors' machinery. Flange Sealers
IPak's fully automatic flange sealers are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty industrial applications. IPak flange sealers are capable of folding and sealing single or multiple flanges in either in-line or bi-directional production flow. All FS Series sealers operate with an intermittent production sequence to provide stationary folding and compression of the flanges, including when cases require rear minor flap folding. An automatic indexing in-feed gate controls productions speeds. Like all IPak machinery, the FS Series flange sealers are known for reliability, dependability and value.
The FS-100 / 200 Series is a series of single line flange sealers available in in-line or bi-directional formats to suit any case style or packaging line.
The FS-300 Series automatically adjusts to three different case sizes and automatically shuttles to accept indexed cases from three separate production lanes.

Stackers
IPak's stackers gently stack your trays in pre-programmed configurations for easy palletizing or distribution. A programmable counter allows for optimal stack height for different tray depths. Fully automatic in-feed control and out-feed pushers contribute to ease of operation. All TS Series stackers have completely independent controls including PLC and are fully adjustable to accept various sizes and depths of trays. Like all IPak machinery, our stackers and de-stackers are known for reliability, dependability and value.
The TS-100 Series is designed for single stacks of corrugated trays, ideal for Common Footprint type produce trays or applications where stackable trays are palletized for relocation prior to filling.
The TS-200 Series is designed for multiple stacks of corrugated trays or plastic totes, ideal for high volume automated packing lines such as greenhouses where trays or totes are transferred to carts.

Sleeve Wrappers
IPak's fully automatic sleeve wrappers are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty industrial applications. The SP Series sleeve wrappers partially form the sleeve; insert the product in the specified configuration and then fold and seal the sleeve creating a display ready package. Operating speeds and throughput are ideal for low volume or low speed applications. Like all IPak machinery, the SP Series sleeve wrappers are known for reliability, dependability and value.
The SP-100 Series will collate and pack small containers such as single serving yogurt or pudding cups in various multi-layer configurations.
The SP-200 Series will collate and pack larger size containers, including up to 1 liter, in single layer configurations.
