The TM range of machines has been designed to suit the needs of the perfume and cosmetic industries and it puts the longitudinal seal on the trailing edge of the pack. Film is fed from above by a servo motor driven drum and accurately positioned in place by vacuum belts.
The product being wrapped is fed through the film and the longitudinal seal is made. The position on the trailing edge of the pack can be set to be anywhere on the face, from the bottom right through to the top edge.
Speeds up to 60 packs per minute can be achieved whilst still producing an ultra high quality of wrap. To further enhance the quality of the end seals an independent product transport system is used to walk the packs through the machine without packs being in contact with each other. |
