TCC can design Techno Boxes™ in wall thickness ranging from 3 mil to 10 mil with plastic densities of 154 pounds per msf to 410 pounds per msf. Our custom printing includes one or two color art. Our ergonomic designs reduce and minimize repetitive motions for setup and closure. Designs can include non-stick placards for label removal, Velcro™ closures, and the latest in RFID technology.

Reuse drives down cost: TCC’s plastic boxes have reported life cycles of 50-500 distribution cycles.
Streamline your packaging operation without the need for any automation equipment: Patented pre-glued designs automatically assemble when opposing corners are pressed together. Our automatic locking bottom design eliminates the time, materials and labor associated with box set up, normally an additional $0.10 to $0.15 cost per conventional paper box. This same feature allows the boxes to knock back down flat just as easily, for return and reuse.

Paper or Plastic, we understand the benefits of both paper and plastic boxes. There are times when plastic boxes may not be a perfect fit for your application. TCC manufactures the same types of user friendly designs in all grades of corrugated paper as well. Our paper boxes set up and knock down flat just as easily as our plastic designs, making them user friendly and easy to operate.
