Packaging and Technology Integrated Solutions’ (PTIS’) new affiliate company, Global Sustainability Solutions Inc. (GSSI), was created to meet the rising global demand for sustainability solutions — particularly within the packaging and supply chain industries. While PTIS has been providing sustainability solutions to clients across the value chain since 2000, PTIS co-founders Mike Richmond and Brian Wagner realized that there was no single source to collect, analyze and deliver the most current, relevant data and work solutions on sustainability to clients within the packaging industry.

“Sustainability is about delivering results that support business goals,” says Richmond. “And these results must be economically, socially, and environmentally positive. Sustainability is becoming more important as corporations think about … what will be important to be successful in the future…as a result, paying attention to the triple bottom line to deliver financial positives, social responsibility, and environmental benefits will be required for success.”
