The Modified Continuous Peer-Sol CPS-6100 punches a line of holes across a moving web. The CPS-6100 accommodates higher speeds - up to 1200 cycles per minute on a production basis, and effectively cuts most film. It is an air operated, electrically activated unit that requires a 40 millisecond pulse to operate. Each unit comes completely equipped with master filter - regulator, gauge and electric high speed solenoid valve that transmits a signal to activate the cylinders. Hole sizes are 1/8``, 1/4``, 5/16``, 3/8``, or 7/16`` mounted on 1-1/2`` centers across the web. Older CPS-6000 punch banks can be upgraded to accept the new high speed punching unit. |
