Rollprint Packaging Products, Inc. names Tony Paolino vice president of sales and marketing, effective immediately.

Reporting to Dhuanne Dodrill, president and chief operating officer, Paolino will oversee a sales organization that represents a wide range of flexible packaging products-most notably for the pharmaceutical and medical device segments.

Paolino brings more than twenty years of flexible packaging experience to the position. He joined Rollprint in 2001 as an account executive and in 2004, was named director of sales and marketing.

“In the six years that Tony has been with Rollprint, he has been highly effective in helping us grow the company via products that focus on the needs of our customers. His leadership abilities and industry knowledge make him well suited to lead our sales and marketing function,” says Dodrill.

“It’s been extremely rewarding to have contributed to Rollprint’s growth during my tenure,” Paolino says. “Going forward, one of my goals will be to continue to set new standards for customer service. In today’s demanding business landscape, it is critical for suppliers to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly.”

Additionally, Paolino points out that flexible packaging manufacturers need to understand the specific requirements of their customer’s customer-those whoactually use the packaging structures in clinical situations.

“Recently, we convened a panel of nurses and doctors to understand what packaging improvements they wanted to see. The information we gathered was key in developing a new generation of products,” Paolino says.
