Modularity
Rohrer machines are designed modularly. As a result, machines can be adapted optimally to customer requirements and be upgraded with additional stations at any time after having been supplied.
Blister Machines
Our R machine series forms the basis for developing customized products and packaging from flexible sheets.
All products fulfill cGMP guidelines and can be qualified and validated easily.
The tool system is interchangeable between the different machine types and consequently ensures high utilization value.
The machines can be operated easily via touchscreen, and all tools are pluggable. Our products are made for users without special technical skills.

Blister machine R 950 HF (High Flexibility)

Filling Tables
R 100
The manual blister filling system R 1000 enables packing of products with multiple filling while safeguarded against mix-ups. The R 1000 is composed of filling places, which can be arranged in rows of any quantity. Empty blister trays are inserted in blister take-up plates for filling and moved manually to the next filling place. A specific product can be inserted manually at each filling place in accordance with a filling plan. Faulty inserting of products is prevented by place-specific filling templates. Our filling tables are GMP-conform and the processes can be validated.
Transdermo Machines
Rohrer builds customized plaster machines in the application area of developing and producing TTS reservoir and TTS matrix plaster as well as special plaster. The spectrum ranges from feasibility clarifications in laboratory dimensions to production of the machines.
Operation of all machines is kept very simple in line with Rohrer mechanical engineering philosophy. Users can learn to operate the machines and their processes quickly, for which only minimum technical skills are required.
The machines are designed modularly and consequently can upgraded with additional modules in line with customer requirements.

Production Patch Machines
Continually running or cycled machines for production of patch-systems. The machine concept enables production of matrix or reservoir patches. Easy to change format parts, attractive cost for format parts and a high degree of user and service friendliness are only few of the attributes of Rohrer transdermo machines. Patches for hormone- or thermo therapy, nicotine patches or products for local and temporary anaesthesia.
