ROBERT'S CFS-SERIES
Contoured pouches! How do you do that? With the new Robert’s CFS-Series of Pouching Machinery, that’s how! This 100% continuous motion fill, seal packager is capable of running up to 160 pouches per minute. The CFS-Series packages difficult-to-pack products at extremely high speeds with some of the lowest film scrap in the industry, improving your line efficiencies while producing attention grabbing pouches.
Versatility and Flexibility
This versatile packager can fill difficult-to-pack products because of its ability to have the filling heads over the pouch for 102” of travel time. Our filling funnels can shake, vibrate or utilize baffles to pack these difficult products. Changeovers typically take two hours or less.
High-Quality Pouches
Our system makes it easy to obtain the highest quality pouches while maintaining high production efficiencies and line speeds. Pouches have no top seal wrinkles because of our unique top sealer and cooler that is capable of sealing up to three pouches at a time, traveling continuously with the pouch.
High Production Speeds
The CFS-1000 can run up to 160 pouches per minute and the CFS-1500 can run at speeds up to 100 pouches per minute. We are able to obtain these high speeds because of the inherent benefits of 100% continuous motion.
