Manual Cartridge Filling and Closing to 30 Cartridges per Minute
The `M` Series, manual cartridge filler, delivers accurate, air-free bottom-up filling and is capable of running any cartridge size from two fluid ounces to 48 fluid ounces. Simple, compact, and easily changed over, the `M` Series is ideal for start up operations, to production requirements of 1,800 cartridges per hour. Specifications include:

All ProSys HVF machines are engineered to handle the special requirements of high viscosity materials such as adhesives, sealants, mastics, pastes and heavy greases. Our patented metering valve system combines positive displacement metering with a simple ``snuff-back`` material cut off. This is linked to a true vertical bottom up fill sequence that provides a performance guaranteed air-free fill. The HVF feature specification M series can be set up to run 10, 14 or 30 ounce cartridges as well as open top containers up to one (1) gallon.

Automatic Cartridge Filling and Closing to 50 Cartridges per Minute
The single-head `R` Series is an 8 or 12-station, rotary-dial design and is convertible for running 10, 14 or 30-ounce cartridges. The `HS` Series is a high speed SERVO-driven version for speeds to 50 cartridges per minute. Both versions are excellent solutions for production requirements up to 3,000 cartridges per hour.
