Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal Baggers: FFS Series
The FFS Series Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal Baggers are fully automatic systems which make their own bags from rolls of polyethylene pre-printed center-folded film (U film). They are intended to package a wide range of loose fill materials in bags ranging from 4.5 to 100 quarts (5 to 110 liters). They can be integrated upstream to either a weighing or a volumetric feeding system, and downstream to conveying and palletizing systems.

High-Speed Open-Mouth Bagger: PTK-1700
The PTK-1700 is a net weigh bagging system that allows reaching higher speed than any other typical technology on the market, thanks to its unique bag-handling concept (90° bag exit). Moreover, this equipment makes it possible to handle dusty products at a high speed (up to 25 bags/minute). Because of its unique concept, this machine can handle paper and plastic bags, and it is adapted to handle laminated poly-woven bags effectively. This equipment is designed for applications with free-flowing granular or dusty products. Recently, a hygienic version of this platform was developed specifically to meet food market requirements.

High-Speed Open-Mouth Bagger (dual spout): PTK-2700
The PTK-2700 is a dual-spout version of the PTK-1700. This high-speed open-mouth bagger is the fastest machine available on the market today. Because of its unique bag-handling concept (90° bag exit) the machine can run at a speed of up to 40 BPM. Like its single-spout brother, this machine can bag free-flowing products very effectively – even when they are dusty – using paper, plastic, or laminated poly-woven bags. A hygienic version of this platform is also available in order to meet food market requirements.
