High Level Automatic Bag Palletizers: AP-400 Series
The AP-400 Series High Level Automatic Bag Palletizers are designed and built to automatically stack bags and bales squarely and efficiently on a pallet. The modular concept allows them to be adapted to many layout configurations. Installation is quick and easy; operation and maintenance costs are low. Construction is rugged and intended for continuous operation. The unique design of the AP-400 Series employs 100 % electrical power, has harmonic motion, and a balanced speed profile using standard AC motors, throughout. The result is an unprecedented smoothness and quietness of operation.
The model AP-435 is designed for applications reaching up to thirty-five bags per minute on a regular 5-bag pattern. This high-speed operation can be reached by using our innovative turning system called the “TWIN BELT”. This system uses two belts to turn the bags, one going faster than the other which will make the bags rotate 90 or 180 degrees without completely stopping them. This model includes two row pushers and a high-speed elevator to attain such production capacity.

Robotic Palletizing Cell: AR-200 Series
The AR-200 Series Robotic Palletizing Cell is a flexible palletizing system that is a perfect complement to our family of conventional palletizers. As a single source for these two approaches, we offer the best solution for any palletizing application. Our robotic cell can simultaneously gather from up to four different incoming product lines. It can just as easily be configured to fit in tighter layouts to palletize one incoming product. Empty pallet and slip sheet handling by the robot itself is also available to provide the most cost effective solution in lower speed applications.

High-Speed Dual Robot Palletizer: AR-240
With the speed of bagging operation increasing every year, palletizing companies have to create new solutions to keep up with the production rate. To support our customers accordingly, we came up with a ground-breaking solution: the AR-240, a palletizer that uses two FANUC robots in the same space area, thus enhancing the production speed while keeping a minimum footprint. This innovative robot cell yields superior-quality pallets at a possible rate of up to 40 BPM (including pallet changeover). This very compact system comes with a low- or high-level entry for the bag conveyor and offers the possibility to include slip sheet and tie sheet dispensers.
