Polytron provides expertise in Power, Automation, Information and Training. Differentiators include technological innovations such as PolySim, an emulation toolset used to provide exceptional design and installation services for a variety of manufacturing, packaging and distribution needs.

PolySim is a dynamic, interactive set of tools that enables Polytron and E²M to test new package and manufacturing lines prior to installation.  The system allows our engineers to test and debug programming in the PLC and HMI long before completion of construction of a production line.  PolySim also provides for enhanced training of line employees prior to actual startup. 

Co-located in two facilities in Norcross, GA, the companies do not use exclusive agreements with any vendors.  Instead, they tap the expertise of many specialized service providers, installation contractors and multiple equipment vendors to offer well-designed and exceptionally engineered manufacturing and packaging solutions.
