Matt is the Director of P&M Corporate Finance and leads the Plastics and Packaging industry team. Matt’s transaction experience includes numerous sell-side and buy-side advisory services, leveraged buyouts, divestitures and financings for privately held and publicly held companies. While Matt’s primary focus is in the industrial’s plastics and packaging industry sectors, he has also successfully completed transactions in the automotive, metals and general manufacturing sectors. Matt has over 13 years of experience in the investment banking and financial consulting professions. Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Matt worked as an international consultant and CPA for Plante & Moran. Matt received his BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College, and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. Matt is a registered CPA and has his Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
