Full Line Packaging Systems
The P-1 Model is an efficient, cost-competitive packaging system that is the backbone of our company. Conveyors modified to customer requirements (length or width) - denester, volumetric filler, heat seal unit, and lidder - you`ll find the P-1 a perfect addition to your current packaging units. The P-1 is normally set up for containers in sizes ranging from 7 to 32 ounces, up to 10 pounds and speeds up to 30 containers per minute. P2s (2 wide) and P4s (4 wide) are also available for higher production speeds. The 140R runs continuously with no film waste. This system is perfect for sandwich wedges, hot dogs, hamburgers, candy, cereal, and many more items. Tofu units are also available. It is designed to seal heat sensitive film to containers for a tamper evident, stay-fresh seal. Fillers and Transfers Fillers/Transfers can be manufactured as a single unit on a roll-up model pedestal or floor model, and even as multiples. Manual or full automation units make filling containers a breeze with a gentle fill that will not destroy product. Plus it`s easy-to-operate and easy-to-clean. Buy only what you need. As with all Performance Manufacturing units, it is both accurate and USDA approved. The Performance Volumetric Filling System Put it to work in your existing process or as part of a complete home meal replacement solution. Our Unique Volumetric Fillers Provide You the Most Effective Way of Filling Pumpable Product Damage Free. The Performance System utilizes a single unique ``crescent valve`` to both receive and discharge product. The large size of this valve`s orifice and its shape eliminate turbulence and reduce differential flow rates between ingredients, while at the same time creating a cutoff mechanism that allows gentle products to avoid damage. In addition, the draw action of the piston can be metered to the specific product needs and, as required, you can adjust or ``dial in`` a required acceleration/deceleration rate of the intake of discharge stroke to accommodate specific product needs. This combination allows you to process with one unit viscosity levels ranging from free flowing liquids to the thickest pastes!!
