Having launched the industry’s first fully-realized Clean-in-Place (CIP) HFFS packaging system late last year, Multivac further simplifies the task of food plant safety through a partnership announced today. Multivac has joined with JohnsonDiversey, a leading global provider of commercial hygiene solutions, to deliver a customized sanitation plan to every customer purchasing a Multivac packaging system with CIP option.
“Our new generation of thermoform packaging machinery offers the revolutionary option of CIP,” says Bob Koch, director of sales for Multivac’s food division. “To obtain the full benefit of that hardware, food processors will require a mix of cleaning and rinsing solutions suited to their plant environments and machine usage. As a recognized world leader in the chemistry of food plant safety, JohnsonDiversey has the expertise to work one-on-one with our customers to develop and deliver custom-tailored solutions to meet their needs. We are confident this partnership will deliver great value to our customers in their plant sanitation initiatives. ”
Buyers of Multivac CIP packaging systems will receive a free customized introductory chemical solutions kit. With each chemical program the customer can utilize JohnsonDiversey’s knowledge and expertise in developing a sustainable hygiene plan for their packaging facility.
