Multivac today announced that industry veteran Marty Moscowitz has decided to retire from the company after more than twenty-six years of  service.Throughout his tenure at Multivac, Moscowitz has  managed  the  northeast  territory  for  the company's Medical-Consumer-Industrial  (MCI)  division,  and has more  than  40  years  experience  in the packaging business. His retirement  is effective October 3, 2008, at which time his successor,   Brandon   White,   will   immediately   assume responsibility for the territory.

White,  currently  a Multivac western territory MCI manager based  in Colorado, will relocate to a new office in CherryHill,  New  Jersey  to  take  on  his  new position.The  territory  includes  all  New England states, New York, New  Jersey,  Pennsylvania,  Delaware,  Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio  and  Puerto  Rico.   He will continue to report to EdWood, director of sales for Multivac's MCI division.

"Throughout his career, Marty Moscowitz has been one of the leading figures in the medical packaging industry," says Wood.  "Not only has he earned the respect and trust of his colleagues  and  customers,  but  he has been an invaluable mentor   and  teacher  within  the  Multivac  organization, particularly  to  his  successor. We thank Marty for his outstanding service and wish him all the best for a long, happy and healthy retirement."
