Performance and Ease of Use
The Wrapster wraps can wrap from 300-500 per hour. Actual throughput depends on the box size being processed and operator technique on the Wrap station. Pretreated stick paper or clear oriented polypropylene can be used on the standard model. The machine easily converts to standard gift paper rolls with the addition of optional glue application system.

Overwrapping machines use less film than alternative wrap processes such as shrink wrappers and L-Sealers. UE6 Overwrapping Machines - The Low Cost Solution to Your Wrapping Needs
The UE6 Universal Wrapping Machine has been a work-horse in the industry for years. Engineered to provide reliable service for wrapping a broad range of products including produce, bakery goods, cosmetics, meats, paper, candy, and more! Heavy cast iron and steel plate construction provides a solid and lasting machine foundation. Practically all non-shrink and heat-sealable films may be used with this economical performer.
Variable Speeds
The machine is capable of running at speeds from 18 to 40 packages per minute. The actual range will vary depending on the type of package being wrapped and the choice of wrapping material.
Quick Changeovers
The UE6 is specifically designed to enable fast package size changeovers. Two handwheels are used to make adjustments in package length and height. Since the film feed is self-measuring, the width requires no adjustment. The time required for a complete package size change is typically less than ten minutes.
Versatile Wrap Styles
Wrapping style may be quickly changed from ``progressive end folds`` to ``turned-under fold`` without the necessity for change parts or tools! All machine adjustments are conveniently located within easy reach.
Positive Sealing
The UE6 features a unique tamper unit that presses the package firmly against the bottom heaters when end underfolds and plastic films are used to ensure a consistently tight seal.
Easy Loading and Unloading
Products can be loaded onto the UE6 either by hand or conveyor. The machine`s infeed conveyor is open on both sides of the machine to provide easy access for hand loading. The discharge of wrapped packages occurs horizontally above the machine`s infeed, thus allowing a single operator the ability to load and unload the machine.
