Contimed D666 - Tabletop Medical Band Sealer
The Contimed D666 is a validatable table top band sealer for use in the medical industry. It is equipped with statistical process control (SPC) for validation of speed, temperature, and pressure, to ensure seal integrity.
The D666 includes a built-in dot matrix printer that can print: date, operator name, serial number, and codes, directly on the seal of the pouch. The D666 has a serial port for validation via a computer, and can seal a variety of pouch materials, including paper/polypropylene and Tyvek.

Med Vac Validatable - Medical Pouch Sealer
Designed for applications requiring a heavy duty vacuum/gas sealer, the MED VAC floor standing sealer is the standard against which others are measured.
It is designed for ease of validation and is usable with a wide variety of pouch materials in cleanroom or general medical pouch sealing applications.
The MED VAC is the sealer of choice for high volume medical vacuum sealing applications with its standard independent vacuum, gas, seal and cool timers, electric vacuum pump and ported exhaust system.

Temperature Controller with digital readout indicating desired temperature for more consistent seals. Dual sensors monitor heated jaws selected by operator.

Digital timers for each stage of vacuum, gas flush, seal, and cool with 0.1 second increments from 0.0 to 9.9 seconds. Sealing time starts when seal temperature is reached, ensuring consistent seals. A vacuum timer with 1 second increments from 0.0 seconds to 99 seconds is available for larger volume bags.
- Seal Only Switch operates machine as a sealer with vacuum/gas nozzles retracted out of seal area.

Programmable Pressure Switch for seal pressure permits operator to select maximum and minimum acceptable limits. A digital readout indicates current pressure.

The PVT MED validatable tabletop vacuum pouch sealer is ideal for those medical packagers with limited space, budget or production requirements, or where the security of a medical vacuum sealer is needed.
Available in three sealbar lengths, the PVT MED comes with a Temperature controller with digital readout, programmable pressure switch, digital display, alarm system, verification ports, ported exhaust and independent vacuum, gas, seal, and cool timers.

The improved Vertrod Medical Pouch Sealer is a ruggedly constructed open-back floor standing cabinet that is designed for hard workloads of continuous duration over one or more multiple work shifts. Vertrod sealers are capable of producing quality air tight and water tight seals in all materials ranging from seal temperatures of 200° F to 650° F (different materials seal at different time cycles).

1075 Rollbag™ - Automatic Bagging System
Using the very latest PLC technology, the fully automatic tabletop 1075 Rollbag™ is designed for ease of use and high productivity with many of the same features found on larger more expensive systems. It is the most reliable and easiest to use automatic bagging system available today. The basic model includes automatic bag advance; perforation detection to insure proper bag location for product feeding; two stage pneumatic bag opening; foot pedal activated sealing, or automatic cycling; and automatic bag separation.
