350T Flow Wrapper - Horizontal Form, Fill and Seal Machine
The 350T is a horizontal form, fill, and seal machine (flow wrapper) that's ideal for suppliers of products that must be packaged individually. This may include candies and confections, bakery, electronics, hardware, and medical products.
This entry-level machine is a high performance packaging system in a small footprint (7 square ft). It's small enough to fit on a tabletop! The 350T is the perfect choice for new applications or for increasing your capacity.
Product is fed into the machine either manually or automatically. This versatile machine can achieve speeds of up to 60 packages per minute. Settings can be easily changed to accommodate various package sizes - up to 9 3/4" long, 2 1/4 " high, and 4 1/2" wide.
The attached product feeder indexes items forward and encloses them into a formed tube of film. This web of material is then sealed using a "fin seal". The enfolded product is then further indexed to be end sealed and cut off in a continuous process. The result is a neatly wrapped finished product.
This unit features fast set-up, changeover flexibility, and ease of use.

Coffee PAC - Vacuum/Gas Sealer
The Coffee PAC provides roasters and packagers an efficient and economical method of preserving the freshness of their product with four stainless steel nozzles for production efficiency.
Vacuum System
There are four high-flow Venturi vacuum pumps in the Coffee PAC, one for each nozzle. Quiet and powerful, the Venturi allows the coffee particles to pass through without damaging the pump.
Controls and Gauges
All electronic controls and pressure gauges are mounted in a control box above the seal head for easy viewing by the operator.
Impulse Seal Jaws
The Coffee PAC comes standard with top & bottom heated 18" wide impulse seal jaws for a positive 5/16" seal width (longer seal widths are available). The jaws will seal most polyethylene and polypropylene bags, including foil-valved gusseted or flat laminated barrier bags.
Line Cleaning Cycle
The Coffee PAC comes standard with an air-flush system to clear the vacuum lines of any coffee debris after every vacuum cycle.
Vacuum Nozzle
There are four stainless steel vacuum nozzles on the standard Coffee PAC. Four standard bags or two larger ones can be vacuumed during each cycle. The Coffee PAC packages approximately 4 cycles per minute or 16 bags can be produced depending upon operator efficiency. Additional nozzles can be added on request.
Gas Flush Feature
The Coffee PAC can back flush the bag with any desired gas. The flushing sequence can easily be changed from vacuum then gas, to gas then vacuum, or gas only with no vacuum.
Workshelf with Bag Support
The Coffee PAC incorporates a fully adjustable stainless steel workshelf for increased work space and includes a bag support which helps facilitate positioning of the bags.
Jaw Safety System
The Coffee PAC has a built-in safety mechanism which automatically prevents seal jaws from coming together when an object is sensed between them.
VMS 163 - Tabletop Vacuum Chamber
The VMS 163 is our largest tabletop vacuum chamber with digital control panel, stainless steel chamber, and a 12.5 CFM vacuum pump. The VMS 163 has double 1/8" seals, controlled vacuum, soft air, and high transparent lids.
Options include:
- Gas flush for MAP applications,

Vertical Band Sealer
555
The 555 is a continuous vertical band sealer for applications requiring speed and convenience.
The 555 accommodates a wide variety of bag sizes and is available with or without an optional conveyor. It's head can be rotated 90°, from vertical to horizontal. In addition, it can be raised and lowered so that the seal position is between 31" to 44" from the floor (horizontal) and 26" to 39" (vertical). Casters make it easy to move.
Options for the 555 include a pouch trimmer, hot stamp printer, and embosser.
The 555 is also available in a stainless steel version, 555 SS. This model is designed to withstand the environment of the food industry, and can even be equipped with a NEMA 4X control box.
Shelf Life Booster™ (SLB) ™
Rotary MAP Tray Sealer
The SLB 1500 Series is a rotary tray sealer designed for modified atmosphere packaging (gas flush). It is a step up from the 1000 Series, and can obtain a residual oxygen of less than 0.1% without the use of a vacuum pump! The main advantage of the 1500 Series tray sealer is its rotary table, which allows an output capacity of one and a half to two times that of our manual machine. In addition, this machine can be equipped with a motorized table for a higher production rate.
This translates into increased speed, compact size, and quick tooling changeover. Suited for both foodservice and retail applications, it even functions as a non-MAP tray sealer. The 1500 Series has an output of up to 700 cycles/hr with gas and 900 cycles/hr without gas.
