Weighing Technology - Series xx12/14
With speeds up to 200 weighings/min depending on product and target weight, MULTIPOND combination weighers of the ‘xx12/14-series’ are designed for the most diverse applications.
Prefeed and weigh hoppers have a volume of 2 liter and are made of anti-static, anti-cohesive, ice and fat repelling food grade injection molded material.
The strain gauge weigh cells are automatically calibrated during operation at predetermined intervals by using internal precise calibration weights, thereby guaranteeing the highest accuracy and availability. Drifting due to variation of temperature or humidity is thus eliminated.
Due to the use of special injection molded material the strict requirements of the food industry are observed and at the same time the noise level during production is reduced considerably. Moreover by using stepping motors to operate the twin flap pans high-speed operations are standard.

Weighing Technology - xx12/14-S5 Series
With speeds up to 300 weighings/min., depending on product and target weight, the MULTIPOND xx12/14-S5 series of combination weighers are designed for the most diverse applications. They have proved their efficiency both in high-speed as well as in mixing applications.
The prefeed, weighing and memory hoppers work with the twin flap opening system, which guarantees a complete discharge even of sticky products. The stainless steel hoppers have a volume of 2.55 litres.
By means of a specially designed pivoting unit each of the weigh hoppers feed product into two memory hoppers mounted underneath, where the weighed partial quantities are stored before being taken into combination. Mixing of up to 6 components of various products is possible.

Weighing Technology - xx34 Series
The MULTIPOND xx34 series of combination weighers are designed for weighing products of larger piece size and volume. The series includes weighers with 10, 14, 16 and 20 weigh heads.
The stainless steel prefeed and weigh hoppers have a volume of 6, 5 liters and work with the known twin flap opening system.
The strain gauge weigh cells are automatically calibrated during operation at predetermined intervals by using internal precise calibration weights, thereby guaranteeing the highest accuracy and availability. Drifting due to variation of temperature or humidity is thus eliminated.
