Nest and Stack Boxes
Nest and stack boxes are available in a variety of sizes, made of reinforced thermoset composite material, and include lids and dollies. These containers stack when full and nest when empty at alternating 180° positions. MFG nest and stack containers are your ideal solution for heavy-duty storage, work-in-process, or distribution applications. They offer a smooth outside surface and radius angles for easy and safe handling, and are resistant to most oils, moisture, chemicals, and solvents as well as irradiation.
The maximum load capacity is of 500 lbs. per container. Bottom container in stack supports up to 3,000 lbs. Containers are available with or without a wire-reinforced rim.
Stacking Boxes
The widest variety of heavy duty stacking boxes that is available. The addition of a dolly to the bottom of a stack can provide easy movement of parts from workstation to workstation. It’s widely used for heavy-duty storage, work-in-process, or distribution applications.
Because of the reinforced thermo set composite material, these containers can withstand a wide range of temperatures. It’s useful for handling hot castings or rubber parts directly from the molds.
Flats and Trays
MFG Trays are available in a wide range of sizes for use by anyone from food service to chemical processing. Electronic assembly, pharmaceutical drying, food processing, bakery display, conveyor and ASRS systems, and irradiation are just a few of the applications. Standard rack sizes are available.
Nesting Boxes
MFG Tray Co. nesting containers perform in a variety of processing situations. Some work in casework as a drawer with a lip along the long side to slide. This includes models from 500001 to 509001. Lids to accommodate stacking are available for several models. Typical applications include conveyor use and security containers in the larger sizes, and kitting boxes for the smaller sizes.
Ventilated Trays
Ventilating trays, stacking trays are used for drying and curing seals, gaskets, pigments, powders, even those requiring oven processing. Ventilation by dropping sides allows air distribution over and around the products being processed. Standard formulation withstands -60 degrees to +250 degrees F (with intermittent service to 300 degrees F). A special formulation will withstand curing oven temperatures of 425 degrees F. These trays stack securely thereby eliminating the need for racks. Dollies can be made to allow easy movement of the stacks.

PHARMACEUTICAL
MFG Tray Co. offers solutions for the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and biotech field for handling and storage of product during processing.
The products include gel cap drying trays, drying trays, deeps and vial loading trays.
ESD
When static protection is required for assembly, processing wip, or storage, we can help. These products are made of reinforced thermoset composites. They’re dimensionally stable and permanently conductive. MFG Tray Co. products withstand static loads greater than 200 lbs. and temperatures ranging from -60 degrees to +250 degrees F (300 degrees intermittent).
ESD Boxes
ESD Boxes provide effective protection for handling PC boards and electronic components in assembly, packaging, storage and processing areas. Many are available with covers to provide Faraday Cage protection. Made of reinforced thermoset composite material, these boxes offer permanent ESD protection without requiring surface treatment.
All MFG Tray Co products are dimensionally stable; withstand static loads greater than 200 lbs., and temperature range of –60 degrees F to 250 degrees F.
ESD Trays and Pallets
ESD trays (and pallets) provide effective protection for handling PC boards and electronic components in assembly, packaging, storage and processing areas. Trays, used in conjunction with tray carts, minimize handling damage during assembly, and enable the efficient tracking of work-in-process during production. All MFG Tray Co. products are dimensionally stable.
Made of reinforced thermoset composite material, these trays offer permanent ESD protection without requiring surface treatment. Many are designed specifically for racks and carts, and inlays or mats are available for most sizes.
ESD Custom Products
Custom ESD products from MFG Tray Co. include modifications done to standard product, which accommodates the manufacturing process used by the customer. This may include the removal of one end of a tray to allow access to the assembly during production for burn in. Holes may be strategically placed to allow a unit to be plugged in for testing. Special custom pallets for handling heavy servers during the assembly operation are also available. Mats and inlays are available as required.
