CM15 Series

The CM15 air pillow machine is specifically designed for businesses that want to gain a big business advantage. The smallest LPACK machine available, the CM15 brings the same "simple, plug in, ultra quiet production" as our other packaging systems to your work area with an entry-level price point. CM120 Series

The CM120 air pillow machine is designed for those businesses that realize the cost saving and operational value in on-demand packing materials. Small and easy to operate the CM120 brings “simple, plug in, ultra quiet production” to your shipping area. Intended for higher capacity requirements, the CM120 is capable of producing air pillows in a wide variety of sizes and dimensions with an output capacity to meet your most demanding void fill and/or protective packing needs. With a competitive price point that doesn’t pass on quality or output the CM120 is one of the best packaging solutions available.

The CM120 will suit following operations

• Large volume void fill requirements
• Fluctuating needs for on-demand volumes of void fill
• Requires a wider variety of air pillow sizes to mix and match for void/protective packing
• Requires a production machine for several packing stations

Cleanup of product packaging is reduced. No cleanup and no vacuuming. Recycling and Environment Matters

LPACK Packing-Systems air pillow technology utilizes HDPE, Number 2 recyclable plastic. It is easily deflated and/or reused. When it is recycled - it recycles easily with no mess or cleans up and reduces to 1 to 2% of its original volume. As well, cost efficiencies may be gained by reduced shipping weights which translate into reduced transportation fuel costs. LPACK is currently undertaking an efficiencies environmental study to provide customers with a better understanding how they and others are making a positive contribution to their business's bottom line and the savings involved. About Our HDPE Films

LPACK's films are specifically manufactured out of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) which is considerable stronger than some of our competitor's Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) films. These films offer excellent product protection, long-term durability and versatility in dimension and volume output of pillows.

Our New Co-extruded HDPE Films

Co-extruded HDPE films are specifically designated for the CM Series of machines. This unique technological advancement is at the heart of the CM Machines capabilities; allowing simpler machine design, less moving parts, less parts to replace and lower maintenance concerns. The pillows seal at a lower temperature providing faster air pillow production and greater ease.
