The products handled include small toys, other promotional items, pharmaceutical and hygiene products and individual pouches overwrapped in film. RF375 Roll Stock Feeder
The LONGFORD RF375 Series of Roll Feed Dispensers are ideal for large runs of coupons on vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machines, and vertical or horizontal bag-in-a-box lines. The 18`` diameter rolls can provide enough coupons for up to an 8 hour shift of unattended run time at a line speed in excess of 60 pieces per minute, depending on fold patterns and cut off. The Servo-motor drive, encoder positioning control, and the MP4 Microprocessor provide smooth paper flow, plus accurate cutting and insertion of each coupon from the roll. A variety of parallel fold styles are available – ``Flat Unfolded`` ``W``, ``V`` and ``Z``. The RF375 has a cycle rate of up to 180 coupons per minute, fast change over, and single person operation.
