C350/C700 Friction Feeder
The Longford 350/700 Series of high-speed friction feeders are specifically designed to fit all packaging lines. They can feed coupons and leaflets for food, pharmaceutical, printing and other industries. Thin sheets to multi-folded books can be dispensed in excess of 450 pieces per minute. Multiple units can be combined for collation applications including software kits or selective collating systems. Longford machines are compatible with a variety of overwrappers or shrink wrappers and cartoning lines with Longford’s standard electronic microprocessor-based interface.

B855 Batch Counter Friction Feeder
The Longford B855 Series of High-Speed Batch Counters Friction Feeders are specifically designed to handle a wide variety of products. Typically mounted at right angles to a flighted in-feed conveyor, the drop table retracts, dropping the set of products (cards, sheet paper, envelopes, CD’s, etc…), onto catch trays. The B855 Batch Counter features self-timing and on-demand operation and can run at speeds in excess of 50,000 pieces per hour, depending on product size.
