OLFLEX®-FD 890-Super Flexible Heavy Duty Continuous Flex Control Cable
OLFLEX®-FD 890 is a super flexible, heavy duty, multi-conductor cable designed for continuous flex applications. Superior stranding above the norm, a specially formulated PVC insulating and jacketing compounds optimize flex life and provide excellent resistance to mineral oils, synthetic oils and water based coolants. The OLFLEX®-FD 890 is designed for use on gantry robots, cable tracks, pick and place units, conveyor systems, machine tools, automated handling equipment and other continuous flexing applications.
The OLFLEX®-FD 890 CY is available, as a shielded version with an overall tinned copper braid. This is recommended whenever electrical interference distorts signal transmission, or when EMI emissions need to be suppressed.

UNITRONIC®-FD 890 is a super flexible data transmission cable designed for automated production processes requiring increased flex life characteristics and durability. Special manufacturing techniques make this cable suitable for use in high speed automated equipment. The specially blended PVC jacket is resistant to mineral oils, synthetic oils, and water based coolants and prevents the cable from adhering to adjacent cables and cable track.
