The AC-720 Pouch automatic labeler is versatile, allowing single side or dual side label application on empty pre-made stand-up pouches or bags.  It is ideal for production environments that need to cater to a wide range of products on small batch runs.

Basic system

The in-line series AC-720 Pouch by Automatixx Technologies is an open-frame labeling system that includes a dual-magazine pouch feeder that provides an autonomy of approximately 5 minutes of operation. 

The AC-720 Pouch is PLC/touch screen controlled and is easy to adjust for different size of pouches.  The machine is supplied with servo driven top and bottom label applicators and a 4’ conveyor with overhead mechanism to drive the pouches.

Options

Coding systems
Used to identify your product with a lot number, expiration date or barcode.  Automatixx typically offers Markem and Allen brands for hot stamp, thermal transfer or laser.

Printers
Used to print variable information such as ingrediants and barcodes on blank or generic labels.  Automatixx typically offers SATO or ZEBRA printers.

Vision inspection and reject station
Used to verify the information printed by the coders or to verify label presence.  Faulty products are rejected by the system.
