Robots with low, medium and high payload capabilities (3kg to 240 kg), suitable for a variety of tasks including component testing, assembly of small parts, measuring air currents in the wind tunnel, sewing leather seat covers, spot welding and loading or unloading. |
Robots of up to 570 kg for heavy duty payload applications like handling and palletizing, and for specific requirements, as shelf-mounted, palletizing or press-to-press robots, as well as a version for foundry applications. These special models increase productivity still further as they are optimally adapted to their respective applications. |
PC-based controllers for industrial applications, including KUKA motion control (KM C) for materials handling, stacking, packing or machine linking for customized kinematic systems and KUKA Robot Controller (KR C) that can be integrated into networks via a bus and makes programming easier with its Microsoft Windows interface. |
Ready-made software packages and tools for various robot applications including welding, programming support, offline programming, cell control, operator control and programming, automation or motion control, remote control and more. |
Robot systems including the seat-testing robot that measures the forces and resistance, and registers the degree of wear on seats, the passenger-carrying robot for testing in the leisure and amusement industry and the wash down robot in compliance with strict hygiene requirements for the foodstuffs industry. |
Add-on components for compact, flexible and efficient customized manufacturing concepts including linear units that can be implemented as an external robot axis, and, energy supply systems that run the supply tube closer to the robot body, giving the robot complete freedom of movement and reducing cable wear to a minimum. |
