Low, Medium and High Payload Robots for Industrial Applications

LOW PAYLOAD ROBOTS (3 KG TO 16 KG)

Robots with low payloads are particularly suitable for small-scale activities such as component testing, assembly of small parts, or grinding, polishing and bonding.

KR 3- Whether mounted on a special set of plates or installed directly on a table or a machine, thanks to its small dimensions the KR 3 can be integrated easily without unnecessary space consumption.

KR 3 SI- Safe Interaction is an expert in the field of safe human-robot cooperation. With intelligent sensors, it allows safe interaction in the assembly area.

KR 6- The KR 6 is a masterful mover with a fist-shaped work envelope, and is ideal for the implementation of cost-effective, space-saving system concepts.

KR 6 KS- For installation on a machine, the shelf-mounted robots of type KS offer a greater depth of working envelope in a downward direction as well as reduced overall height of the robot.

KR 6 ARC- With the KR 6 ARC, KUKA offers an attractively-priced robot that is specially optimized for arc welding. With its payload of 6 kg, it has sufficient reserves for mounting the welding equipment on the robot.

KR 15 SL- The exclusive use of stainless steel on all surfaces, together with the high IP rating, makes the KR 15 SL suitable for all fields of application with stringent requirements as to hygiene, sterility and absence of particles- such as in the foodstuffs industry or the field of medicine.

KR 16- Due to its versatility and flexibility, the KR 16 is at home in both automotive sub suppliers and non-automotive manufacturing.

KR 16 KS- shelf-mounted robots for a greater depth of working envelope in a downward direction.

KR 16 L6- The L models KR 16 L6, with a reach of up to 1.9 m, and KR 30 L16 with a reach of up to 3.1 m for low-payload applications in which the reach is a decisive factor.

KR 16 L6 ARC- attractively-priced robot that is specially optimized for arc welding. and enormous reach of up to 1.9 m.

KR 30 L16- The L models KR 16 L6, with a reach of up to 1.9 m, and KR 30 L16 with a reach of up to 3.1 m.

MEDIUM PAYLOAD ROBOTS (30 KG TO 60 KG)

Popular applications for medium payload robots range from simple handling tasks to complex operations such as measuring air currents in the wind tunnel or sewing leather seat covers.

KR 30-3- The KR 30-3 is a masterful mover with a fist-shaped work envelope, and is ideal for the implementation of cost-effective, space-saving system concepts.

KR 30-3 KS- For installation on a machine, the shelf-mounted robots of type KS offer a greater depth of working envelope.

KR 30 HA (High Accuracy)- Designed for high-precision specifications, HA series robots are particularly suitable for laser applications or the gauging of components.

KR 40 PA- It really stacks up: the new KUKA palletizing robot is capable of stacking europallets up to 1.6 m net height.

KR 60-3- The KR 60-3 is a masterful mover with a fist-shaped work envelope, and is ideal for the implementation of cost-effective, space-saving system concepts.

KR 60-3 KS- For installation on a machine, the shelf-mounted robots of type KS offer a greater depth of working envelope.

KR 60 HA (High Accuracy)- Designed for high-precision specifications, HA series robots are particularly suitable for laser applications or the gauging of components.

HIGH PAYLOAD ROBOTS (100 KG TO 240 KG)

Robots from the high payload range are particularly sought after for spot welding, handling and loading/unloading tasks. Their long reach and great flexibility make them indispensable partners.

KR 100-2 P (Series 2000)- Due to their enormous range, our press-to-press robots are ideally suited to the loading and unloading of even large components in press lines.

KR 100-2 PA- It really stacks up: the new KUKA palletizing robot is capable of stacking europallets up to 3 m net height.

KR 100 comp- Due to its versatility and flexibility, the KR 100 comp is at home in most of the manufacturing industries- both automotive sub suppliers and general industry.

KR 120-2 P (Series 2000)- Due to their enormous range, our press-to-press robots are ideally suited to the loading and unloading of even large components in press lines.

KR 140 comp- Due to its versatility and flexibility, the KR 140 comp is at home in most of the manufacturing industries- both automotive sub suppliers and general industry.

KR 150-2 (Series 2000)- The KR 150-2 (Series 2000) is a masterful mover with a fist-shaped work envelope.

KR 150-2 K (Series 2000)- KUKA shelf-mounted robots can be integrated into a machine in the role of a ``top loader`` and can thus carry out loading and unloading as well as complex finishing of the parts produced in the machine- all in a single operation.

KR 150 W (Series 2000)- The maintenance intervals have been doubled in the new Series 2000 – thus reducing downtime due to maintenance by half.

KR 180-2 (Series 2000)- The KR 180-2 (Series 2000) is a masterful mover with a fist-shaped work envelope, and is ideal for the implementation of cost-effective, space-saving system concepts.

KR 180-2 K (Series 2000)- Being integrated into the machine itself means that the shelf-mounted robots can not only carry out rapid loading and unloading but also be used for example to spray parting agent on die-casting machines.

KR 180-2 PA- It really stacks up: the new KUKA palletizing robot is capable of stacking europallets up to 3 m net height.

KR 180-2 PA Arctic- The frost-proof palletizing robot, the ``Arctic`` can handle any pallet, however frosty the load including ice-cream, pizza, fast-food, fish filets.

KR 200 comp- Due to its versatility and flexibility, the KR 200 comp is at home in most of the manufacturing industries- both automotive sub suppliers and general industry.

KR 210-2 (Series 2000)- The new Series 2000 robots have protection classification IP 65 or IP 67 on the wrist (foundry version).

KR 210-2 K (Series 2000)- shelf-mounted robots can be integrated into a machine in the role of a ``top loader`` and can thus carry out loading and unloading as well as complex finishing of the parts produced in the machine- all in a single operation.
