INNER FLAP SEALER - SK303HM

The fully automatic Bliss Case Inner Panel Folder/ Sealer, SK303HM is designed and engineered for folding and tab locking strawberry cases. Equipped with heavy duty air operated top ram plates for folding and side air cylinders for tab locking function. It has a performance of up to 25CPM. The sealer has a powder coated finish and zinc plating on all wear surfaces. It is fully enclosed with safety shields to prevent human contact during operation. It has a standard 240Volt/3 Phase/60Hz power with 480Volt as an option.

FULLY AUTOMATIC CASE ERECTOR - KE800TH

The fully automatic Case Erector/Bottom Tape Sealer KE800TH is designed and engineered for erecting and bottom sealing of RSC cases. This model uses pressure sensitive tape head as a sealing unit. The machine is equipped with vertical crank screw adjust and horizontal ratchet slider adjust for quick change over. Also equipped with a chain driven lugs for reliable case advance operation. Up to 15CPM performance. Standard 240Volt/3Phase/60Hz power with 480Volt as an option. Powder coated finish and zinc plating on all wear surfaces. Designed and engineered for closing and sealing cases containing pliable or rigid products. The model K600HM is a heavy-duty full-length model, which has its own indexing conveyor to ensure correct positioning of the box in the flap tucking and adhesive application section. This model is most suited for Bag-in-Box products, paint containers, and frozen or dry food products. Up to 30 CPM performance. Standard 240Volt/3Phase/60Hz power with 480Volt as an option. Designed and engineered for closing and sealing topside flange bliss cases containing poultry products. The model K503SFHM is a heavy-duty full-length model. The machine is equipped with vertical and horizontal crank screw for size adjust for quick change over. Also equipped with motorized heavy duty compression side belts for reliable side flange glue bonding. The compression side belts are also equipped with spring-loaded rollers to compensate irregular case width from over packing.
