Reducing Cycle Times & Environmental Impact
Reduce Cycle Times
Marketing departments are working in a whirlwind of externally and internally driven changes. As a result, they place a premium on speed without sacrificing flexibility and cost. Marketers need wicked fast time-to-market for new products and smooth aesthetic packaging changes on existing products. Our clients require quick access to packaging prototypes for internal review and for presenting to their distributors and private label accounts. This need for greater speed, flexibility, and affordability points to our ability to simultaneously and quickly produce accurate production proofs, prototypes, and trials for multiple SKU’s.
Our clients have “said goodbye” to printing plates, press checks, print result surprises, delayed proofing, and other hurdles that increase their cycle time. We invite you to contact us to discuss your project needs.

Reduce Environmental Impact
Flexo printing presses consume from 250 – 500 feet of material to set-up each color or copy element. A label project with complex graphics can consume thousands of feet of material before an acceptable product is produced. The results are higher costs, particularly for small quantity label projects with demanding graphics. It also translates into a significant environmental footprint with each order. Moreover, consider that most label producers do not direct their material waste to a recycling operation.
Our Digital printing presses consume 5 – 80 feet to set-up an entire project regardless of complexity and number of colors; a significant material savings.
Additionally, the Flexo process requires a polymer print plate for every color and content variation, pointing to a large consumption of this material over time. Conversely, Digital printing is a “plate-less” process. The bottom line is Digital printing consumes far fewer materials translating into lower costs and reduced environmental impact.
