The Crystal UDG series of jet inks are acrylate based UV-curing products optimised for use on a wide range of display graphics substrates including flexible, semi-flexible and rigid display media. The formulations balance flexibility with good surface hardness and scratch resistance. The products are intended for jetting through piezo DOD printheads at elevated temperatures.
The inks have been developed to have good adhesion to a wide range of substrates and especially many plastics, including vinyl, calendared vinyl, ABS, acrylic and polycarbonate.
Adhesion to olefinic plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene can be achieved after adequate surface treatment. All pigments are lightfast with a Blue Wool Scale rating of 7+. |
