Jon brought together industry leaders to design and build a second-to-none facility in Gray Court, S.C. and assemble a team of dedicated employees that believe in the vision for ISO Poly Films. With the combined industry experience of this management team, the company has experienced tremendous success in only a short time. A solid business plan, profitable and growing customer base and an unwavering focus on quality and excellence are key factors to the company’s achievements and its selection as one of Dun & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Hot 100” Small Businesses in 1999 and 2000. Our Facility In support of our continued growth in the high-end multi-layer film, ISO is undergoing a major expansion, which will add 80,000 square feet to the current 50,000-square-foot site that houses the latest in precision film extrusion equipment – from high end mono layer extrusion lines to high barrier film systems. The expansion will bring an additional 50,000 square feet of warehouse space and 30,000 square feet for production that will increase our capacity for higher end films. Strategically located in Gray Court, S.C. for cost efficiencies, ISO’s manufacturing facility was designed and built to maximize production and quality while supporting our growth and continuous improvement efforts. ISO has the capability, equipment and personnel to dedicate to high volume, high demand projects.

Equipment State of the art equipment is at the core of ISO Poly Films’ operation and a driving force behind our success. We currently have five production lines that offer a full range of capabilities and the power and precision to generate 60 million pounds of quality film a year. High end mono layer lines by Battenfeld Gloucester Three layer co extrusion and five layer barrier co extrusion lines by Windmoeller & Hoelscher Equipment Features & Capabilities: Battenfeld Gloucester Contracool extruder offers the power to push linear and the dies to handle it. Bubble stability is maintained with the Gloucester’s internal bubble cooling (IBC) control, which uses ultrasonic sensors to measure bubble diameter, a key factor in lay flat control. This system provides ultra smooth film. Transverse Oscillating Hauloff has proven to provide 100 percent randomization of gauge bands across the full width of the web. Coupled with the 1008 Battenfeld Gloucester winder, ISO Poly Films can provide large, smooth rolls for critical applications. The Battenfeld Gloucester’s phantom axis, dual-turret winder is an extremely rugged shafted center winder that can wind multiple rolls up to 30 inches in diameter. It is designed to wind sheeting or tubing to meet converter/laminator quality specifications. W&H VAREX extrusion line with OPTIFIL auto gauge control promotes precision and quality. Equipment and processes that produce excellent roll quality ranging from 2 inches to 130 inches lay flat width.
