The basis for InkSure`s taggant encoding-decoding systems is centered on distinct material behavior under certain electro-optical conditions. Using existing printing processes as a vehicle, InkSure`s technology creates covert coded signatures by mixing special, molecular sized chemical markers (taggants) into commercial inks and coatings. These codes are applied onto products, labels, primary or secondary packaging and have no impact on layout design.
