Secondary Services

We are capable of offering a turnkey solution that includes sourcing other components including full color offset printing for complementing components, such as carrier cards for tip-on pouches.

SATURATED PADS

Our square or rectangular pads in a pouch consist of a cotton, felt or other synthetic material with a maximum width of 1.75" that gets folded in half, length wise, and inserted into the pouch as it's being filled. It is best suited for the following applications:

• Makeup removers
• Nail polish removers
• Personal lubricants
• Fragance
• SPF applications
• Insect repellents
• Tooth whitening gels
• And many other uses 

Fill capacity for this item ranges from 5 to 100 grams per pouch. Minimum quantities start at 10M.

POWDERS AND GRANULARS

We can fill your granular or powder products with either of our cup or auger filling systems. We can concurrently dosify a powder and a liquid at once. Great for Spa products, scrub treatment, detergents, dry foods, etc.

Our fill capabilities for these items range from 5 to 100 grams per pouch. Minimum quantities start at 10M.
