HSAJet-CT - High Resolution Controller
HSAJet-CT is a high resolution controller, connected to our standard printers and HP printheads the HSAjet CT functions as a standalone system. The HSAjet CT is an advanced and high-resolution printing solution with multiple printing possibilities.
The HSAjet CT printing solution is a very flexible printing solution for various printing demands. The HSAjet CT prints text, logos, counters, barcodes, time, dates, and has a multiple number of fonts available. The maximum number of messages to be created is unlimited, and with a length of 4500 mm.
The HSAjet CT enables a total print height of 280 mm. The HSAjet CT can be connected via supplied Ethernet and RS232 and this gives you the possibility of controlling and operating the printer from anywhere in the production area and thereby providing you with full control.
Advanced Technology
The HSAjet CT controls printheads using the Xaar printing technologies based on the piezo inkjet technology, as well as HP printheads based on the thermal inkjet technology. These inkjet printheads are capable of handling a wide variety of ink types, including oil-based, solvent, water, and UV inks. In addition, it can be used to print onto almost any surface such as porous and non- porous material, and the print resolution is extremely high when using these printing technologies. In fact, the resolution is up to 600 dpi. to printing data. The HSAjet CT has a design of stainless steel, and can easily be implemented in production areas.
HSAJet-TIPC - Print Controller
HSAJet-TIPC is our print controller with an integrated 15`` touch screen panel. The HSAjet TIPC can be connected to any HS Automatic printer, either based on Xaar or HP to fulfill the need for an advanced printing solution with multiple printing possibilities.
The HSAjet TIPC can be operated via networks and in connection with databases to print e.g. addresses. The HSAjet TIPC makes form- and page printing possible, enables printing of text fields, logos, counters, unlimited number of barcodes, dates, and 2D barcodes, and has the possibility of creating an unlimited amount of messages, e.g. from templates.
The integrated touch screen panel enables print message design right on the spot. Design or edit you message seamlessly on the screen and start printing.
HSAJet-CB - PCI-Based Controller Board
The HSAjet CB is a PCI-based controller board to be mounted on a standard PC or on a HSAJet Industrial Printer Controller. The HSAjet CB is an advanced and high-resolution printing solution with multiple printing possibilities. The HSAjet CB makes full color printing with a print width of 72mm possible as well as monochrome printing (print width 288 mm with one CB and 576 mm with two CBs) possible.
The HSAjet CB is extremely fast and shows new possibilities, Multitasking when using two boards. Furthermore, the HSAjet CB can be operated via networks and in connection with databases and makes form- and page printing possible.
