EFD`s HPx Series high-pressure dispensing tools make it fast and simple for operators to apply RTV silicones, epoxies and other very thick assembly fluids through small gauge dispense tips.
HPx tools are designed to work with EFD air-powered dispensers, and will multiply the output of a standard 100 psi dispenser up to 7X, for a maximum dispensing pressure of 700 psi. This provides fast, fatigue-free application of thick assembly fluids, minimizes the risk of repetitive stress injuries, and increases yields by helping workers produce more consistent parts in less time.
These compact, lightweight tools are available in two versions. The HP4x uses 10cc EFD syringe barrels and pistons and produces a maximum pressure of 400 psi. The HP7x unit uses 3cc EFD syringe barrels and provides up to 700 psi of dispensing pressure. |
