The Dienes Heated Knife Manual Control System is a stand alone system for controlling the temperature of individual heating elements, providing smooth, consistent slit edges while maximizing element blade life.
The operator sets the desired temperature setting with a pot which merges with the signal from the speed trim pot which is then sent to the ``SCR`` module (located in the control enclosure) which in turn controls the voltage to the operator selected heaters The readout displays the temperature of the heater selected by knob.
