The Fogg Microb-Blaster is designed to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of undesirable live micro-organisms in almost anything. It has been created so that high speed, 2-6 log reductions of micro-organisms can be achieved.
This system can sanitize caps with speeds up to 1200 caps per minute and be retrofitted to any existing filler the customer might already have. The cap system is located in the track which transports caps from the feeder/elevator to the capper. It uses infeed and discharge escapements with sensors to ensure that the amount of exposure time is controlled in a fail -safe manner. A PLC controls the overall operation of the system. |
