Cappers and Capping Systems
Fogg cappers feature quick change capping chucks that add versatility in changing cap size and container. Snap caps, snap-screw and screw caps can be run on the same machine.

- Up to 35 containers per capping head minute
- 24mm to 89mm, sport and flat caps
- Very low maintenance capping spindles
- Eliminates bottle paneling

Rinsers
The FRR Series is designed to operate as a stand-alone container rinsing system or integrated with Fogg filling systems for tribloc, inline rinsing and filling production. Engineered from stainless steel and polyamide, the FRR Series features an exceptionally dependable, quiet drive train. Photocell sensors are located along the conveyor for critical indexing of clamps, carousel and rotating washer nozzle. All movement stops, including rinsing fluid, in the event of an interruption.
The Fogg FRR Series is available with semi-automatic controls or fully automatic operation with PLC touch screen. Changeover is easy thanks to two-piece star wheels and easily accessible, tool-free components. A specially designed movable nozzle is offered as an option for optimum washing by penetrating further inside the container. It is programmed for single rinse, double rinse or ionized air.
Available in capacities of 1,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour, the FRR Series incorporates a fully adjustable electrical lifting system that accommodates container neck dimensions up to 38mm with bottle heights to 345 mm.
