The positive trend continued during the year and net sales as well as order intake increased compared with 2005. Order intake increased by 15% and amounted to $183 million with a strong increase in Europe, the highest volume ever. Net sales increased by 11% with particular growth in Asia. The growth is accounted for by all market segments and the order backlog was on a record high level entering 2007. Geographical presence and production capacity were extended during the year.

- Net sales amounted to $173 million (156).

- Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization of intangible assets (EBITA) amounted to $12 million (14). The EBITA margin was 7% (9%). Adjusted for restructuring costs and other exceptional items, EBITA amounted to $ 17 million (18) and the adjusted EBITA margin to 10% (12%).

- Working capital per December 31, 2006 amounted to $ 14 million (13) or 7% (7%) of net sales.

- Sales companies were opened in Indonesia and India.

- TOPS Conveyor Systems, Inc. in Canada was acquired and a joint venture, Compliant Logistics AB was started together with Semcon AB.
