Our assembly systems for lightweight products, up to 30 kg, cover a wide range from simple pallet based systems through to highly automated turnkey assembly and test systems including Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software and the integration of automated work processes.
The Dynamic Assembly System (DAS) concept is built on a unique combination of hardware, logic controls and software. This combination is the tool for a production and process logic that gives the most flexible production system with complete process management and product traceability.
FPS-semi for high volume assembly of plastic components and MES software is a unique FlexLink platform to cover all information logistics required in the flexible production process.

Modular Automation Cells
