Warehousing & Inventory Management:

Extron`s Warehousing and Inventory Management services allow our clients to completely hand off their facilities, stocking and inventory management functions
to Extron.

Our qualified Project Managers manage client inventory at Extron, pulling in extra supplies and materials when required to complete a job. Materials are stored and retrieved in our 240,000 sq. ft. facility by Extron`s staff. This allows our clients to focus on their core business and reducing their fixed labor and facilities cost.

Inventory levels are viewable on our secure, password protected web site using the latest in internet technologies to allow real time asset management.

Final Assembly, Testing and Product Packaging

Final Assembly and Testing

Extron`s services enable our customers to reduce their costs by using our highly flexible facility and labor force to complete their final assembly and product verification, including technical sample inspection of incoming product from contract manufacturers.

Using customer supplied assembly instructions and tests, Extron`s manufacturing technicians manufacture products to exacting specifications. With our large labor pool, Extron is able to manage large swings in requirement over a very short period of time and can provide JIT replenishment of inventory. Final Assembly and Test Services are complemented with our Product Packaging services so we can build your product, and package it all in our end to end product packaging solutions.

Product Packaging

Extron`s Product Packaging solutions tailored to fit customer need allows customers maximum flexibility in production schedules and in product profile. By outsourcing labor-intensive or equipment-intensive packaging to Extron our customers free up their own resources, including space. Extron has automated shrink wrap capacity of 60,000 units a day and 30,000 unit a day RF sealing.

Extron has on-site custom label printing, automated tag application and bar coding facilities. Packaged products include hardware and hardware kits (country kits, PM kits etc.) manuals etc. We can manage the most complex and demanding rework/repack assignments.

Supply Chain Fulfillment & Logistics

Webster`s dictionary defines logistics as the science of procuring, maintaining and transporting of materials. Logistics is the core of any business supply chain and we at Extron are experts in this field.

Extron`s Supply Chain Fulfillment and Logistics services allow us to ship customers` products directly to the retailer, distributor or any other destination. We can arrange for trucks or ship via 3rd party carriers. Orders can be filled directly from the end of the manufacturing lines or from the warehouse so our customers never have to touch the product. Our enhanced logistics services include labeling, serial number capture and dock-merge can be tailored to each customers needs.

Returns Management & Product Refurbishing

Returns Management services, often used in concert with re-manufacturing or re-packaging services allow Extron to re-pack incoming goods for re-sale or scrap. Goods are received, inventoried and remanufactured or repackaged to customer instructions. Finished goods are stored in our facility or shipped to end customers.

Re-Manufacturing services tailored to our customers needs allow our customers to take full advantage of existing assets and changing market needs. Extron can remanufacture, test and repackage your products to exacting needs including: de-kit and re-assembly, re-labeling, software insertion, part substitution etc.
