You can package electronic components, retail products, and just about anything else with this very versatile and easy to maintain performer! Of all the pulp moulding machines in the world, the RP4200 is the most accurate, with specially designed maintenance features to allow easy access to all parts. This machine is designed for small to medium production volumes. For example, for a product the size and complexity and thickness of an egg carton, this machine can handle approximately 40 million units per year. Or if you need a large product, it will handle moulded fibre products of up to 15 inches by 66 inches by 5 inches deep, producing about 14 of these per minute, or about 120,000 of these large elements per year.
This machine is effective and environmentally friendly. There is no effluent, except the evaporation in drying, and even that is recovered as much as possible. If you need to hot press and print your products for the retail market, we can provide the best quality hot presses and printers in the world. In this configuration, you would need 1 hot press and 1 printer to handle the volume.
